We are so excited that you will be sharing in our special day on November 14, 2020. 

Here is the schedule for the day of the wedding:

10:30AM: all sailing & non-sailing guests to arrive at the terminal for the early check-in
11:00AM/11:30AM: all guests would be escorted onboard (this time may vary)
*Once onboard all guests will be taken to the ceremony venue 
12:30PM: Ceremony to begin
1:00PM: Reception to begin for 2-hours  
2:30PM: All non-sailing guests to be escorted off the ship

We understand that this is a short amount of time however, the staff needs to prepare for the guests who will be taking the cruise that leaves at 4pm. That is why it is IMPERATIVE that you arrive on time so that you can enjoy both the ceremony and reception celebration. 

Since the majority of you will be coming from San Diego and elsewhere, would be advisable that you either spend the night near the port or leave extra early due to LA traffic can be unpredictable.

For sailing guests: First Name, Last Name and Booking Number are required. You will need a Passport if you're sailing since 

For non-sailing guests: First name, Last name, Citizenship, ID Type, ID number, ID Issued by and Date of Birth are required

To be on the safe side, bring your passport if you have one. If not, a driver's license will suffice. 

Please provide this information when you RSVP. Your information will be kept confidential and only be viewed by us and the cruise line reservations department. This information is requested so Princess Cruises can cross reference and ensure safety along with that you are part of the wedding party.

We completely understand that not all of you will be able to join us on the Mexican Rivera Post wedding celebration. For those of you who can, here is some important information. This is not being considered a honeymoon, it is rather, an opportunity for our friends and family to participate in an ongoing celebration of our special day!

 Passports are required for international travel and for all air departures to or from the United States. Passports must be valid for six months after the completion of travel and
contain enough blank pages for entry and exit endorsements and any required visas. Names on passports and the booking must match. If minors are traveling with only one
adult 21 years of age or older, Princess requires that all passengers travelling in the party must present a valid passport at embarkation. Princess collects deposits and assesses
cancellation fees on 3rd and 4th berth passengers. Princess Vacation/Platinum Vacation Protection coverage becomes effective upon payment of plan cost. Review the Final
Payment Notice for any changes prior to making final payment. See brochure for other terms and conditions, including the cancellation policy.

We are sending out this invitation in the hopes you'll join us for our special celebration! Since we will be sailing shortly after our wedding, we would ask our guests to refrain from bringing gifts as we would be unable to take any gifts onboard with us. 

Therefore, we respectfully ask that any gift intention be monetary in nature. Alternatively, we have registered with Princess Cruises website and selected items we would like. You may apply your monetary gifts towards these registered selections.
