Important Guidelines and Reminders for Boarding in Galveston

- Sailing and nonsailing guests must arrive to the Pier dressed for the wedding.

- If any of your guests need wheelchair assistance, please make sure they bring their own because Carnival wheelchairs are being used to debark and are very difficult to secure.

- You and your guests will be able to board the ship once the ship has been cleared by U.S.Customs. Those who arrive on time will receive priority boarding (before all other passengers). The usual time for boarding the ship is anywhere between 11:00-11:15 a.m. There is not a designated time as we are at the mercy of US Customs and Immigration.

- Any favors brought on-board are to be carried on by a designated
member(s) of the wedding group. It is NOT the Officiant or Coordinator’s
responsibility to carry on these items. Please understand they have
additional responsibilities to attend to in order to ensure your wedding is
picture-perfect.

- Non-sailing guests must bring a form of picture ID, such as a drivers
license, passport, birth certificate or school ID (for children) in order to
board the ship. Anyone who does not have ID will be denied boarding. We strongly suggest all sailing guests have their “Fun Pass” completed prior to the day of the wedding in order to expedite the check-in process.

- Due to U.S. Customs regulations, guests are asked NOT to bring wedding
gifts onboard the ship.

- Non-Sailing Guest: Boarding passes will be emailed to the email provided. It is the guest responsibility to print and bring the boarding pass with them. Non-sailing visitors must arrive with covid-19 vaccine card in-hand. No photo or cell phone copies will be
accepted. Testing requirements can be implemented and revised at the discretion of Carnival Cruise Line.

- Non-Sailing: guest arriving after 11:30 a.m. may be unable to board the ship on time for the ceremony, should
expect lengthy delays or may be subject to denied boarding.
Non-sailing guest require full name, date of birth, driver’s license number or passport, ID type and E-mail.

- Sailing guests are required to bring their travel documents and boarding passes acquired from Online Check-in. Sailing guests require full names, date of birth for any children ages 16 and younger, the booking number, and the cabin
number.

- ALL GUESTS MUST ARRIVE on time and are required to bring a photo I.D.*

-this applies to Sailing and Non-Sailing guests. Unfortunately, Carnival and its wedding vendors cannot be responsible for your guests’ delays and assisting with
boarding after priority boarding has begun.

- Non-sailing guests will be directed to the short-term parking facilities. The fee is $14.00. It is imperative you tell the police you are at the port for a wedding, so they may direct you to an expedited lane.
