BOOKING INFORMATION

1. Where do I book my room for the cruise?

2. Do I have to book with Cruise Planners? 

It's best to book with Cruise Planners/Jessica to ensure we have an accurate headcount and you're included in group events. If you book through another source, you will not receive the perks and convenience that comes with our wedding group.

 

3. Can I customize my cruise booking options/extras?

Yes, register with Jessica and she will contact you to find the best deal possible. If the current fare is lower than the group rate, you will be booked under the lowest fare - even if you have already booked! 

 

4. When is the deadline to register for the cruise?

Please register with Cruise Planners/Jessica by September 30, 2023, this will also serve as your RSVP to our wedding. 

 

5. When is the full payment due? 

Payment for the cabin is due in full by February 14, 2024. 

 

CRUISE INFORMATION

6. What day should I fly in? 

We highly recommend flying in AT LEAST the day before the cruise, May 20, to avoid flight delays and possibly miss boarding. 

 

7. Will I need a passport? 

Yes, we will depart from Vancouver in British Columbia, Canada.

8. What is the wedding attire?

Cocktail attire.

9. What should I pack for an Alaska cruise?

11. Where do I book excursions? 

Please create an account at https://book.princess.com/cruisepersonalizer/index.page and you can book excursions, spa appointments, etc. there. Also, make sure you download the associated Princess Cruise app needed for check-in. Alternatively, you can book through Cruise Planners, please reach out to Jessica for assistance. 

 

12. It’s a long cruise, do I need to see/hang out with you the entire time?

We do not expect you to see/hang out with us the entire time. We hope you will use this time to have your own relaxing vacation.

 

13. Will there be childcare on the cruise? 

Yes, childcare is complementary, ages 3 - 17, until 10PM. After 10PM - 1AM, for children ages 3 - 11, there will be a $5/hour service charge.
