Hi again everyone!

On the RSVP form below, please list the name(s) of the guests you are rsvping for, if you will be in attendance or not, the number of people from your invitation who will be attending, and then in the notes section please provide us with the names of the individuals who will be in attendance so that we can prepare the name cards and seating chart accordingly.  If you have any questions regarding invitations, rsvping, or our special requests, please feel free to call either of us, or to add it to the notes section of this RSVP form. We would like to note that our space is limited in the venue of our dreams, and so we are not able to accommodate many +1 guests; however, if you have any concern regarding this, we would love to clarify our situation over the phone. Please RSVP by September 1, 2016, as we need to give a final headcount and seating chart to our venue, flourist, and photographer by the following week.
